簡單的洋蔥炒蛋,之前總覺得炒得很乾,原來加水炆煮一下洋蔥會更好味。蛋加忌廉或牛奶會更滑,不要炒得太熟才上碟呢!
材料:蛋 三隻
忌廉一湯匙
鹽、水少許
1.洋蔥洗淨順著紋路切絲
2.蛋加入一湯匙忌廉打散,加入少許鹽巴調味
3.熱油鍋將洋蔥丟進去爆香炒一下
4.加入少許的水並蓋上鍋蓋燜煮
5.水滾後加入少許鹽巴調味
6.待洋蔥變成半透明的時候將蛋液加進去
7.關小火讓蛋液慢慢的凝結,大約攪拌一下,蛋熟上碟!

1/2 onion
3 eggs
1 tbsp whipping cream
some salt, water
Method:
1. Wash and slice the onion lengthwise.
2. Mix the egg with one whipping cream. Add some salt for seasoning.
3. Heat the pan with oil. Stir fry the onion.
4. Add some water, then cover and simmer.
5. Add some salt after water boil.
6. Add the egg mixture when the onion become half transparent.
7. Lower the heat and let the egg mixture cooked slowly. Stir until done.
