有時候做或買回來的多士麵包吃不完快要變硬,想起可以試試做這個一人份甜點,簡單容易,賣相也不錯。烤過後外面的多酥脆,中間如布甸滑嫩。阿囡一齊食都得開心!一個人食完的話己經很飽。
材料:
蛋1隻
糖 1大匙
牛奶1/2杯 (約100ml)
多士1塊 (塗上適量的牛油後,切成2cm方塊)
肉桂粉 適量 (如有,或可放上雪糕)
做法:
1. 馬克杯放入蛋和砂糖,充分混合均勻後,倒入牛奶再拌勻。
2. 將多士塊放入做法1混合物中,浸泡5分鐘左右。
3. 當多士吸飽蛋液後,用180度焗爐焗15分鐘左右。最後撒上肉桂粉。

1 slice of bread (spread some butter, then cut into 2cm pieces)
Some cinnamon powder, if any (or can put icecream on top)
Method:
1. Put egg and sugar into the mug and mix well. Then pour the milk and mix again.
2. Add the bread pieces into the mixture in step 1 and let them soak for 5 minutes.
3. After the bread soaks with the egg mixture, bake for about 15 minutes using the 180 degrees oven. Lastly add cinnamon powder on top.
