食譜 ~ 芝士龍蝦伊麵 (lobster in cheese sauce with e-fu noodle)


上次759特價時買咗啲急凍熟龍蝦,基本上可以加熱即食。之前試過西式整法加芝士焗,今次一於試下平時老公同我都幾鍾意响茶樓叫嘅中式煮法先。當然如果係新鮮嘅龍蝦就仲好,不過要走油難度增加呢!整出嚟個芝士汁好好味,下次可以試下用大蝦煮。

材料:急凍龍蝦 1隻伊麵 3個清雞湯 1盒250ml芝士 6片牛油 少許
蒜蓉 少許

做法:1.解凍龍蝦,切開邊,共分為六件,索乾水
2.將伊麵烚熟,撈起,滴乾
3.龍蝦撲少許生粉,熱鑊放入牛油,爆香蒜蓉,放入龍蝦炒熱4.放入清雞湯,待湯全滾後加入芝士,至完全煮溶
5.將伊麵加入拌勻,即成



Ingredients:
1 frozen lobster
3 e-fu noodles
250ml chicken stock
6 pieces cheese
some butter
some minced garlic

Method:
1. Defrost lobster. Cut into half and six pieces. Dry it.
2. Boil e-fu noodles to soft. Drain.
3. Add some cornflour to lobster. Heat the pan and add butter. Stir fry minced garblic and then lobster until warm.
4. Add the chicken stock. Add the cheese pieces after the soup is boiled. Cook until the cheese all melted.
5. Add the e-fu noodles and mix well. Serve.
