多咗小朋友同枱食飯, 好多時都要諗啱佢食嘅餸, 有時都有食到有啲悶。今次一於少理, 試下煮返樣惹味嘅餸先。煮出嚟又真係唔錯!
材料:
洋蔥1/4顆,切塊
雞扒2塊,切塊
冰糖2湯匙
花雕酒150毫升
蔥1-2根,切段
薑,切片或切絲
大蒜2瓣,切片
紅辣椒1根
醃料:洋蔥1/4顆,切塊

生抽1湯匙
鹽 1/8茶匙

做法:
1、雞肉以醃肉醬汁略醃。
2、起油鍋炒洋蔥,備用。
3、在原鍋裡,開中至大火,煎香雞肉,加入冰糖。
4、加入花雕酒、蔥段、薑片、蒜片和辣椒,蓋上鍋蓋,轉小火煨煮收汁。
5、加入洋蔥拌炒均勻,淋入調味醬汁翻炒,可加芡汁,即成。

2 Tsp rock sugar
150 ml huadiao wine
1-2 spring onions (cut into segments)
ginger (sliced or shredded)
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 chilli
Marinade:
1 Tsp light soy sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tsp Huadiao wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Method:
1. Mix chicken with marinade.
2. Stir fry the onion. Take it out for later use.
3. High heat the same pan and fry the chicken. Then add the rock sugar.
4. Add the huadiao wine, spring onion, ginger, garlic and chilli. Put the lid and simmer until the sauce become sticky.

5. Add the onion and mix well with the sauce. Can add the cornflour solution if needed.Serve.
