食譜 ~ 燉蛋白鮮奶 (steamed milk pudding with egg white)

煮完卡邦尼年糕用剩蛋白, 可以用嚟整個甜品, 簡單快捷又好味! 廿幾分鐘就攪掂。

材料:
蛋白2隻
鮮奶200毫升
糖2湯匙

做法:
1. 將鮮奶、蛋白和糖拌勻。
2. 用篩過濾混合液, 倒入碗內。
3. 用錫紙蓋著碗面(以防倒汗水令表面不平滑)。
4. 用中火隔水蒸十分鐘,然後關火,不要打開鍋蓋,靜置十分鐘。然後才拿開錫紙,冷熱享用均可。

Ingredients:
2 egg white 
200 ml milk
2 Tbsp sugar

Method:
1. Add the milk, egg white with sugar and mix well.
2. Pour the milk mixture through a sieve into a bowl.
3. Cover the bowl with the aluminum foil to avoid bubble surface made by the steamed water. 
4. Steam for 10 minutes with medium heat. Turn off the heat and don't remove the pot lid. Let it stay for 10 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and serve hot or cold.
