打邊爐用剩的材料, 不如試下滾呢個湯, 估唔到又幾好飲, 只可惜小朋友覺得味道太臭。
材料:
魚片150克
芫荽 60-70克
適量薑,切片
適量鹽
水 500克
水 500克
魚肉醃料
鹽1/2 茶匙
適量白胡椒
橄欖油1 湯匙
適量薑
做法:
1. 先將魚片洗淨瀝乾,切片之後醃約10分鐘。
2. 洗淨芫荽之後將之切成中等份備用。
3. 將約500ml清水煮沸,加入魚片之後大火煮約2分鐘。之後再加入芫荽煮約2-3分鐘直至芫荽轉成鮮綠色,加入適量鹽作調味。
4. 煮好之後宜馬上飲用會更美味。

some ginger, sliced

Fish marinade:
1/2 tsp salt
some white pepper
1Tbsp olive oil
some ginger
Methods:
- Wash fillet and dry. Slice fish and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Boil around 500ml water. Add the sliced fish and cook for 2 minutes with high heat. Then add coriander and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns to fresh green. Seasoning with some salt.
- Ready to serve and more tasty if serve immediately.
