我個人都幾鍾意食muffin,原來真係好容易整。連打蛋器都唔使,正!
材料:
低筋麵粉 90克
可可粉 10克
泡打粉 3克
糖 50克
蛋 (室溫) 1隻
牛奶 (室溫) 40毫升
植物油 40毫升
做法:
- 把麵粉、泡打粉及可可粉過篩
- 加入糖攪拌均勻
- 在另一個碗打蛋,然後混合牛奶及植物油
- 把液體倒入麵粉中混合,喜歡的話可以這時加入巧克力碎
- 把麵糊放在預備好的烤盤上
- 放入焗爐以180度焗20-22分鐘

1 egg (room temperature)
40ml Milk (room temperature)
40ml Vegetable oil
Method:
- Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder
- Add sugar and stir well
- Beat eggs in another bowl, then mix milk and vegetable oil
- Pour the liquid into the flour and mix, if you like, add chocolate chips as well
- Put the mixture on the prepared baking pan
- Put the pan in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes
