食譜 ~ 朱古力馬芬蛋糕 (Chocolate muffins)

我個人都幾鍾意食muffin,原來真係好容易整。連打蛋器都唔使,正!


材料:

低筋麵粉 90克

可可粉 10克

泡打粉 3克

糖 50克

(室溫) 1隻

牛奶 (室溫) 40毫升

植物油 40毫升


做法:

  1. 把麵粉、泡打粉及可可粉過篩
  2. 加入糖攪拌均勻
  3. 在另一個碗打蛋,然後混合牛奶及植物油
  4. 把液體倒入麵粉中混合,喜歡的話可以這時加入巧克力碎
  5. 把麵糊放在預備好的烤盤上
  6. 放入焗爐以180度焗20-22分鐘

90g cake flour

10g Cocoa powder 

3g Baking powder 

50g Sugar 

1 egg (room temperature)

40ml Milk (room temperature) 

40ml Vegetable oil


Method:


  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder
  2. Add sugar and stir well
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl, then mix milk and vegetable oil
  4. Pour the liquid into the flour and mix, if you like, add chocolate chips as well
  5. Put the mixture on the prepared baking pan
  6. Put the pan in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes
