食譜 ~ 三文魚牛油果他他 (Salmon and Avocado Tartare)

 
夏日炎炎,自制三文魚牛油果他他,帶來清新感覺,易整而賣相高級,間中生活需要儀式感。阿囡亦有幫手切三文魚,參與其中,一樂也。
 
材料:
熟牛油果 2個
三文魚刺身 6片
 
三文魚醃料:
刺身醬油 1茶匙
味醂  1/2茶匙 (可省略)
香草 適量
黑椒 適量
 
做法 :
  1. 將三文魚刺身切成小粒;
  2. 將三文魚小粒用醃料調味;
  3. 牛油切粒或壓成蓉;
  4. 預備圓形杯或模,先將牛油果放入杯中,用匙壓成形;
  5. 再將三文魚粒放上去壓成形,最後慢慢將杯/模反轉倒出。
Ingredients:
2 avocados
6 slices of salmon sashimi
 
Salmon marinade:
1 teaspoon of sashimi soy sauce
1/2 tsp mirin (can be omitted)
some herbs
some black pepper
 
Method:
  1. Cut the salmon sashimi into small pieces.
  2. Season the salmon cubes with marinade.
  3. Cut the avocados into cubes or press into a puree.
  4. Prepare a round cup or mold. Put the avocado into the cup first and press it into shape with a spoon.
  5. Then put the salmon cubes on top and press to form. Finally slowly reverse the cup/mould and pour out.
