本來想滾蕃茄薯仔湯,怎料沒有買不到蕃茄,想起曾經在日式餐廳飲過豬肉味噌湯,可以試下煲,剛好也有材料,簡單容易制作又好味,不過今次我沒有落太多味噌,如果在多一倍應該更有日本風味。豬肉可能其他食譜用五花腩片,我覺得肥只用了瘦肉切薄片。
材料:
豬肉 (切片) 150g
洋蔥 半個
紅蘿蔔 1個
薯仔 1個
白味噌 2-3湯匙(自行調味)
水(可加鰹魚粉約2茶匙) 或高湯 2000ml
做法:
1. 將紅蘿蔔及薯仔切小塊,洋蔥切條。
2. 取一深鍋,熱鍋放入豬肉大火炒一下後。
3. 放入所有蔬菜拌炒一下。
4. 加入高湯或水燉煮約20分鐘。
(我想味道更濃郁,所以放入真空煲焗耐一點)
5. 最後熄火加入味噌調味。

2. Take a deep pot, put the pork in the hot pot and fry it over high heat.
3. Add all the vegetables and stir fry.
4. Add the stock or water and simmer for about 20 minutes.
(I want more intense flavor, so put it in a vacuum pot for a while)
