煮晚餐嘅話,我都幾鍾意其中一樣餸係魚,尤其蒸魚,簡單容易又有益。不過蒸得多都有啲悶,所以見上網話用焗爐焗魚都好鮮味,一於試下。果然,用牛油紙包住焗,魚汁唔會流失,唔使點加豉油都好美味。
材料:
鱸魚 1條
葱 少許
檸檬 半個
洋蔥 1/4個 或乾蔥
鹽 少許
香草/胡椒粉 隨意
方法:
- 把魚洗淨,抹乾
- 用鹽醃魚一會
- 檸檬、洋蔥切片放魚肚和魚身上面
- 用牛油紙封好,開口向下。
- 放入焗爐用180度焗約15分鐘即成
Ingredients:
1 Bass
Some Spring onion
1/2 lemon
1/4 Onion
Some salt
Some pepper/herbs (Optional)
Method:
- Wash the bass and wipe dry
- Put salt on the bass for a while
- Slice lemon and onion and put inside and on top of the fish.
- Seal it with butter paper with the opening downward.
- Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve
